Your payment has been made, you may save, fill out, and print the official contract by clicking the link below (a link will also be emailed to you).

Completed contracts may be sent one of three ways:

1. 1. Scan and e-mail the completed contract to contracts@lowpropertytax.com with your folio number in the subject line.
   2. Fax the completed contract to 561-627-3108.
   3. Mail the completed contract to our main office at the address listed at the top of this page and on our contacts page.

Please Note: In order to process your petition in a timely manner, all agreements must be returned to our office no later than 5 days before your county’s deadline. The county deadlines can be found on your “Proposed Tax Notice” from the county.
