Property Tax Professionals, Inc. primarily works on a contingency basis. There is a fee, only if a tax reduction is realized. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the first-year tax savings only. This produces an immediate savings for our clients, along with maximum savings for years to come.

Fees - Residential

Property Tax Professionals works primarily on a contingency basis.  Unless a property has been recently purchased (within the last 18 months) a “Review Fee” is required which includes any and all County Filing Fees as well as a complete review of the County assessment and associated calculation/valuations.  Also included is a detailed review of market sale transactions and current (MLS) listings information in search of providing critical information as evidence for your Value Adjustment Board Appeal.
